Bio
Skip Reedyis certified in the Theory of Constraints by TOCICO. He owned Miller Fluid Power, which, at the time was the largest manufacturer of tool grade, air and hydraulic cylinders. He made dramatic improvements as a manufacturing engineer with Boeing in Seattle, on 747,767, 777 and 787 airplanes. He became an internal Critical Chain Project Management consultant at Boeing. He is now an independent consultant and he does great things with constraints! His projects have ranged from small to extremely large. CCPM is Critical Chain Project Management and Critical Chain Production Management.
